How will I know that my order was successfully placed? You will receive an order confirmation email from sales@mkprod.com. Once your order ships, you will receive another email with the packing slip and tracking number for your package.
What does “refurbished” equipment mean? The equipment sold on this site has been previously used, the items are from our demo stock. The pictures shown are of the actual equipment you will be purchasing unless otherwise stated. You can also contact us at sales@mkprod.com or 1-800-787-9707 if you have any questions or need additional information about an item. The items have been thoroughly tested and come with a 90 day warranty.
Which credit cards can I use to place an order? We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover.
Is it possible to return a product? Product can be returned within 30 days of purchase, subject to a 15% restocking fee. All returned goods require the written authorization from MK Products® prior to return. Equipment must be in the original condition it was received in.

Shipping
We do not ship on weekends or major holidays. We do not ship to Post Office Boxes. If an order is placed with a PO Box address, your order will be cancelled.
