Product can be returned within 30 calendar days of purchase, subject to a 15% restocking fee. Item must be unused and must include original packaging and all accessories shipped with the product.
All returned goods require the written authorization from MK Products® prior to return. Prior to returning a product, please contact us at sales@mkprod.com or 1-800-787-9707. Please do not send a package back until you have received an RMA (return material authorization).
Include a copy of the RMA form with your return goods. Item must be received within 30 days of the issuance of the RMA. MK Products® will provide a full refund, less original shipping costs and restocking fee.
